Who you are buying from

When you shop, book, order from a menu, request a transfer, or buy a ticket on Canada, the contract for that item or service is with the business named on the listing. Canada provides the page and the checkout.

Price and payment

The price, currency, and what is included are set by that business and shown before you pay. A charge is taken through the checkout on the listing.

Delivery of what you bought

The business is responsible for the goods, the booking, the table or menu order, the transfer, or the event ticket. Availability is the business’s responsibility.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund rules are set by the business, and are shown where that business has published them. Where a payment was collected through the site and has to be reversed, we will process that reversal with our payment provider.
