Business Listing and Module Terms
Your listing
These terms apply when you add or keep a business listing on Canada for Canada. You are responsible for the name, location, description, prices, photos, and other details on that listing, and for keeping them current.
Modules
A listing can turn on extra tools, such as a shop, appointment booking, a restaurant menu, transfers, event tickets, job posts, forms, or a document customers complete. A tool is available only after its monthly fee is paid. You can add more than one tool in the same payment.
The monthly price and the capacity of each tool are set by the platform and can change. A higher capacity starts after the extra charge is paid. A lower capacity is applied when you save it.
What customers can do
Customers can use only the tools you have turned on. They may buy from the shop, book a time, order from the menu, request a transfer, buy a ticket, apply for a job, or send a form. You are responsible for fulfilling those requests.
Your own website
You may place a tool on a website you approve. You are responsible for that website and for the customers who use the tool there.
Removal
We can refuse, hide, or remove a listing or a tool that breaks these terms, the website terms, or the law. Fees already paid for a period that has started are not refunded except where we are required to reverse them.
